- Engineering Review: Our complimentary engineering team evaluates the design for fabricability, structural integrity, illumination performance, and code compliance. We flag potential issues and recommend solutions before production
- Shop Drawings: Detailed drawings showing all dimensions, colors, mounting details, and electrical specifications. Production does not begin until you approve these drawings
- Fabrication: CNC cutting, bending, welding, painting, LED installation, wiring, and quality testing — all performed in our facility under UL 48 listed conditions
- Quality Inspection: Every letter is illumination-tested and visually inspected before packing. Letters are crated or boxed with protective material for damage-free shipping
