Letters are painted in a multi-stage process: zinc chromate primer for adhesion and corrosion resistance, base color coat applied in multiple light passes for uniform coverage, and a UV-stable clear coat for long-term finish protection. • Chemical Resistance: The cured polyurethane finish resists common cleaning chemicals, bird droppings, tree sap, and urban pollution without staining or etching.

For projects in extreme UV environments (desert Southwest, high-altitude locations), we offer a PVDF (Kynar) topcoat upgrade that provides even greater long-term color stability.
